Women Obtaining Wealth is honored to present our Scholarship Program. This program is available to any school-aged child needing assistance with pursuing their passion and whose parent/guardian is a member in good standing with the Women Obtaining Wealth Organization. We will reward scholarships once a year. The requirements for the scholarship program are as follows: • Written essay (a minimum of 500 words) on the importance of this scholarship and how it can assist them in pursuing their passion. • Completed W.O.W. application form. • Active participating role in at least 1 community activity within 6 months of application submission. • A letter of recommendation from a member, school authority, or community leader. The winner will receive a $500.00 scholarship towards the activity of their choice. The scholarship is presented once a year. The funds can be used for any extracurricular activity or towards college tuition. Here are a few examples for applying for the scholarship: band, cheerleading, football, dance, senior dues, or college tuition to name a few.
