This information is for vendors who have paid for our events.
Vendor Information
1. Tables are provided and are 60" in size and round.
2. Special table cloths must be brought in by vendor.
3. No hanging, pinning or posting signs to the walls or ceilings. Vendor must provide their own signs and marketing tools.
4. Two chairs are provided.
5. Tables will not be shared between vendors.
6. Trash cans must be provided by vendor and vendors must clean their area prior to leaving the event.
7. Set up time is 1 hour (6:00 p.m.) before the event.
8. All vendors are responsible for their own merchandise. W.O.W. is not responsible for the safety of your merchandise.
9. Vendor is responsible for his or her own food and drinks, which is why you are still responsible for the entrance fee. Entrance fees are not optional.
10. If you feel that an electrical outlet is necessary, please email Dina at: dinaharbour@womenobtainingwealth.com so that we can seat you accordingly.
11. All vendors will be recognized on our website, in our program and in our newsletter.
12. If you would like to donate a special prize/gift for the guest, please send an email to Nicole at: nicoleporter@womenobtainingwealth.com describing your item. 13. Any vendor arriving after 7pm will not be allowed to participate in the event, all tables must be set-up prior to the event. 14. Their will be NO REFUNDS for vendor tables or entrance fees to the event. 15. Selling your table to another business owner is not allowed. 16. One additional person is allowed per table and your guest must pay an entrance fee.
